Space Planning Coordinator – Cushman & Wakefield

Overview
This role is part of the Space Planning team supporting Workplace Services. The Space Planning Coordinator provides functional support to Space Managers in site‑wide space management for office environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • IWMS support: identify discrepancies between workspace and CAD plans, coordinate updates, audit space types, capacities, layouts, and run reports.
  • Operating Systems: submit required work orders, manage team queue, and coordinate tasks.
  • Moves: generate move memos, label, crate delivery, and resource management.
  • Audit and correct seating locations in Eptura Workplace and Nuvolo Space module.
  • Signage: track and maintain onsite inventory, audit spaces for correct signage, and coordinate orders for larger projects.
Technical and Communicative Skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Fosters change and innovation – seeks solutions that strengthen quality, value, service, and effectiveness and utilizes excellent collaboration skills to influence outcomes.
  • Accountable for results – translates goals/objectives into actionable plans and results.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and manage various priorities and timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude to complement overall team building.
  • Proficiency in responsive to change, focus on customers, operational excellence, effective self‑management.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Business.
  • Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management.
  • CAD, CAFM, and IWMS experience preferred (iOffice IWMS, Oracle, Service Now).
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team, think strategically, and proactively address problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, flexible, and able to work at a fast pace on multiple projects.
