We are currently hiring a Full‑Time T&E Coordinator in Boston, MA. This hybrid position requires coworkers to reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their team’s weekly schedule.
The T&E Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reports, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the American Express (AmEx) corporate card program and related projects.
What You’ll Brew- Review, process, and enforce policy compliance for T&E expense reports.
- Process regular payment runs to coworkers and AmEx, ensuring accuracy.
- Manage the company’s AmEx corporate cards program: review and approve new applications, track and close accounts for terminated employees.
- Resolve coworker T&E or corporate card issues promptly and educate on best practices.
- Manage delinquent accounts and assist with AmEx account reconciliations.
- Perform month‑end financial close tasks, including airfare reconciliation and journal entry posting.
- Identify and implement policy updates and process improvements.
- Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports on T&E and AmEx activities.
- Support the accounting team’s ad‑hoc projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Tech‑savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to handle multiple detailed tasks with differing priorities and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, able to examine challenges from various perspectives.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and business concepts.
- Strong customer service mentality.
- Interest in learning about accounting.
In accordance with pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role if hired is $28.72-$34.40 per hour, depending on experience, skill set and location.
