Guild - SPED Support Clerk Grade 15C (Henderson
- Upper 5 Days) (SY25-26)

Under the supervision of the Special Education Department, the clerk will support Central Offices in their adherence to the regulatory requirements associated with Special Education laws and regulations.

• Use current technology to support the Special Education Team process
• Organize, maintain, track, copy, and transfer student records when necessary
• Enter and retrieve data from the SEIMS system as requested by the Team Facilitator
• Assist with obtaining parent/guardian signatures
• Assist with scheduling Team meetings and maintaining the ETF calendar
• Assist ETF with adherence to regulatory requirements as requested by ETF and/or Supervisor
• Communicate verbally and in writing with parents, outside agencies, BPS departments, Non-BPS personnel, etc.
• Maintain office supplies
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and information
• Perform related duties of a similar nature as requested by the Special Education Compliance Department which are commensurate with job description

• High School diploma
• Basic computer skills including word processing, e-mail, and intranet and Internet skills
• Good communication and organization skills
