We are seeking an organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to several members of our executive team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing sensitive information and contacts with discretion, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the executive team. Whatyou’ll do
- Proactively manage calendars, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and responsive demeanor while interacting with colleagues both inside and outside the company.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense submissions in a timely and organized manner.
- Provide support for department events, including coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and assisting with on‑site coordination as needed.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Company Kickoff and Revenue Kickoff events, as well as dealership visits to the Car Gurus office, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Assist in the creation and editing of Google Slide presentations, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks and projects to support the executive team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
