As an Assistant in the Admissions Office, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the seamless operation of our admissions procedures while assisting prospective students in their journey to higher education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Admissions Office team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, campus tours, and admission events
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and high school counselors via email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with other university departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for applicants
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and admissions decisions
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of admissions-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in a university or higher education setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
