Tenant Coordinator

This Administrative Assistant position offers $21/hour and is an onsite opportunity in Boston with an affordable housing/property management organization. The assignment is expected to run through January, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and office support to the property management team Answer phones, take messages, and route correspondence Maintain data and records within the property management database system Receive and distribute incoming mail Assist with project coordination and administrative initiatives Build collaborative relationships with staff, residents, vendors, and management Complete additional tasks assigned by the property management team

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of administrative support experience Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Customer service-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment Knowledge of office administrative procedures and practices Property management, real estate, or affordable housing experience is a plus Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility and willingness to learn Ability to handle confidential information professionally Bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
