Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator

Our client has spent three decades building proven, performance based efficiency programs across North America, and they are adding a Rebate Processing Coordinator to their Energy Efficiency Programs team. • Review incentive claims, supporting documents, and sales data to confirm program requirements are met
• Manage the rebate application queue so claims move through on time
• Work directly with program participants to request missing documentation and answer program questions
• Respond promptly to program emails and phone calls, escalating unresolved issues as needed
• Enter and maintain claim data in proprietary online platforms and tracking systems
• Format Excel spreadsheets and upload data to the program platform
• Partner with the program manager on updates to processing guidelines
• Share progress through team meetings and regular status updates
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed and accuracy

• High school diploma
• 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or similar experience
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic experience with database systems
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and balance competing priorities with minimal guidance

• Claims processing or similar experience
• Familiarity with energy efficiency or utility rebate programs
