Health & Welfare – Claims Processing Administrator

Looking for your next opportunity? We're hiring 2 detail-oriented professionals to join a team supporting an important Health & Welfare Claims Processing project!

• Pay: $18/hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week.
• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or potentially 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Contract: Mid-October 2026 through April 2027.
• Start Date: ASAP, pending interview and pre-employment requirements.
• Training: Approximately 2 weeks provided.
• Openings: 2 positions.

• Review and process health and welfare benefit claims.
• Monitor claims for accuracy and timely completion.
• Process claim denials according to applicable IRS guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
• Utilize computer systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel daily.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Word and Excel.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• A dependable team player with a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
