About the Role
The Senior Associate, Product Development will play a key role in launching innovative new investment products, supporting both existing operating models and brand‑new approaches. Sitting within the Strategy, Innovation & Execution function, this role offers the opportunity to work at the center of the firm’s growth agenda, helping shape and deliver new solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end launch of new products, from concept approval through first subscription.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring launch goals are met.
  • Review and provide input on legal, marketing, and product documentation.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from stakeholders across the firm to inform decisions on product structure and operations.
  • Partner with operational, investment, and distribution teams to ensure readiness for new product launches.
  • Contribute to the firm’s product strategy, pipeline development, and research into emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain tools, templates, and resources that support product development processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in private markets or asset management, with exposure to product development, structuring, or launch
    .
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment fund mechanics and investor access structures.
  • Track record of executing complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • Familiarity with the private equity/private markets landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
