Ecomm Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon account to maximize growth, optimize performance, and maintain account health
• Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain product listings and variations, ensuring all content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Work with Amazon Agency on optimizing advertising
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and Subscribe & Save strategies to drive conversions and retention
• Oversee and optimize our Shopify-based ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience
• Manage customer segmentation, tagging, and third-party app integrations.
• Collaborate with external tech teams on website updates, A/B testing, UX improvements, and new feature implementations
• Strategically grow and optimize the subscription business to increase retention and LTV
• Provide weekly performance reports on sales, conversion rates, site traffic, and other key metrics
• Build and run custom data reports - write queries, link multiple data sources, and uncover actionable insights

• 3-7 years of ecommerce experience, preferably with a consumer brand
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon
• Experience with Shopify
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable building, analyzing, and presenting data reports
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• CPG or food & beverage industry experience is a plus
