Maven Bio builds domain‑specific AI for the life sciences industry. Our clients include publicly‑traded pharmaceutical companies, venture capital firms, and global consultancies. We’re based in Boston, the heart of the global life sciences industry. As a Growth Associate, you’ll work directly with our founders to build and execute the go-to-market engine that turns prospects into clients.
What You’ll Do- Work side‑by‑side with founders on outbound sales strategy and execution
- Research prospects, personalize outreach, and build relationships with senior decision‑makers at pharma, biotech, and investment firms
- Own our Linked In presence and strategy (we have 40K followers across our profiles)
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, learning the complete B2B sales motion
- Wear multiple hats — contribute to direct outbound, marketing, customer research, events, and growth experiments as we scale
- 0‑5 years of experience; recent grads welcome
- Exceptional written communication — clear, professional, and personalized
- High energy and low ego — excited to do the work that makes sales happen
- Curiosity about life sciences and healthcare (bio background not required)
- Detail‑oriented and fast — can move through volume without dropping quality
- You’re in Boston or willing to relocate, want to work in‑person, and are excited to work in a low‑meeting, high‑ownership environment
