The Difference You MakeThe Associate, Business Management, Consumer Lending will play a key role in product strategy initiatives, and delivery of innovative credit card and lending solutions for a digital bank with branches. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional coordination, market analysis, and strategy development to ensure alignment with business growth and profitability goals.
- Support the development of short‑and long‑term strategies for the US lending business in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Assist in building and updating strategic roadmaps, business plans, and go‑to‑market frameworks for new and existing credit card and loan products
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new customer value propositions
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and inform future product development strategies.
- Manage daily engagement with internal and external partners for key initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align timelines with go‑to‑market strategies.
- Drive collaboration and cross‑functional execution of project milestones.
- Create and tailor presentation content for a variety of forums where strategic initiative updates will be shared and discussed.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience:
Finance, Business or equivalent field. –
Required. - 5 Years Relevant business planning, project and financial experience. –
Required. - 5 Years Experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services. –
Required. - 5 Years Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership. –
Required. - Strong background in banking products and services
- Familiarity with lending products, digital finance platforms, and financial innovation in the lending space is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in synthesizing data, crafting presentations, and driving business cases.
- Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product.
- Self‑starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can‑do attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

What Else You Need To KnowThe base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non‑exempt), the annual range is based on a 40‑hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
