• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design standardized workflows across the organization
• Configure the agency management system and document processes and procedures
• Redefine and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables while leading training efforts
• Maintain business process artifacts for training and ongoing reference

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in refining workflows and procedures for efficiency and quality
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make process improvement recommendations
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
