We are seeking a talented individual to join our team s role will be based in Boston, MA
. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Business Operations Analyst will work directly in the Global Chief Operating Officer group for Mercer’s Investment Solutions (OCIO) business, assisting with business planning, financial analysis, and key projects. The role will report directly to the Business & Finance Manager.

• Lead small scale projects and develop and maintain detailed project plans with goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, designed to support the growth of our business and adapt staffing models to business changes.
• Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that decisions are executed timely.
• Ensure that all new client onboarding compliance requirements are met.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements with the global team.
• Be risk‑aware and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements, coordinating with cross‑discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field of study.
• 3‑8 years of experience in Asset Management / Financial Services with progressive increase in responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical.
• Strong understanding of project management, project execution and change management.
• Understanding of investment management operations.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across all levels of management, combined with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and proven ability to collaborate in team‑oriented environments while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and demonstrating leadership in projects, teams, or initiatives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,000 to $108,000, determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
