The Pricing &Revenue Optimization Service  Lineis a newly launched global service line at L.E.K. thathas the mandate to shape and growhow the firm delivers pricingexpertiseacross all sectors. The practice combines L.E.K.’s deep market knowledge withdeeppricing capabilities to provide an end‑to‑end, sector‑specific approach to commercial excellence. L.E.K. Consulting is seeking aCoordinator to join the Strategy & Operations function. This role supports the growth, operations, and strategic priorities of the Pricing Service Line.

You’ll report to the Director, Strategy & Operations – Industrials & Pricing and work closely with the Pricing Service Line leadership and the broader Strategy & Operations team. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. It is well suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to gain exposure to sector strategy and operations in a top‑tier consulting firm.

• Collaborate with the Pricing Service Line leadership team to support development and tracking of strategic and operational plans for the Pricing Service Line Business Unit (BU)

• Work closely with the broader Pricing Service Line team to assist with coordination of Pricing Service Line growth initiatives

• Assist in the project management of BU initiatives such as capability building, go‑to‑market efforts, and service line development

• Support the preparation of materials for BU planning, leadership meetings, and follow‑up

• Support day‑to‑day operations critical to the effective functioning of the BU, including (non‑exhaustive):

• Partnering with the Knowledge Management team to maintain and enhance the Community of Practice (CoP) site(s)

• Coordinating and supporting the management of knowledge‑sharing initiatives to promote access to BU insights across the firm including best‑in‑class client development materials in conjunction with Knowledge Management (KM)

• Maintaining communication infrastructure, including distribution lists and collaboration channels

• Collaborating with the Marketing team to maintain and update Pricing‑related content on L.E.K.’s website

• Contribute to performance reporting, resource tracking, and internal communications

• Collaborate with the Knowledge Management (KM), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to help facilitate access to BU‑specific tools and IP

• Liaise with other core services teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, People, and Solutions) to support alignment on firmwide initiatives with Pricing

• Contribute to coordination of cross‑functional activities that support BU visibility and firm positioning
