• Lead Consultant Managing RFP’s in the 500 - 2,000 Segment.
• Supporting Regional Lead Consultant in the NE with RFP’s between 2,000 and 100,000 lives
• Supporting new Logo Opportunities between  lives, along with the Regional Lead consultant in the NE
• Implementation Support between 500 and 2,000 lives, on accounts where you are the lead consultant in the NE region.
• Managing a team of Account Managers on the A & P team. Helping the team drive consistency and best practices across the A & P team.
• Driving NEW REVENUE in the assigned book of business in the NE region.
• Travel to Assigned offices in the NE to build relationships with the H & B producers (Boston, NJ, NY, Philly, DC). Travel Less than 15% of the time.
• Partner with A & P team across the organization to build a strong team.
• Help recruit new Talent to the A & P team.

Required:

Bachelor's degree. Five plus years of experience in:

• Absence & Productivity client‑facing consulting
• Account management experience including new client implementation
• Team management experience
• Sales

Behaviors:
Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
