** Vos principales responsabilités
** Sous la supervision du Directeur général, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des activités d’approvisionnement de l’usine, incluant :
* L’achat des matières premières : polymères, résines, noir de carbone (inter-usine Cabot) et additifs;
* La négociation et la gestion des contrats de fournitures industrielles (cartons, palettes, emballages, etc.);
* L’évaluation et la sélection des fournisseurs selon les critères de qualité, de coût, et de fiabilité;
* Le suivi des commandes, la gestion des inventaires et la résolution des écarts de réception;
* La collaboration étroite avec les équipes de production, de qualité et de finance pour optimiser les coûts et les délais;
* La participation à l’amélioration continue des processus d’approvisionnement.
** Profil recherché
*** Formation collégiale ou universitaire en gestion des approvisionnements, administration ou domaine connexe;
* Expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier (idéalement dans le secteur des plastiques ou des matériaux);
* Bonne connaissance des matières premières plastiques et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement industrielle;
* Solides habiletés en négociation et en communication (bilingue);
* Maîtrise de la suite Office (particulièrement Excel);
* Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
