- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on established criteria.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and collection activities in the company s database.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities, account status, and payment trends to management.
