Our B2B Platform‑as‑a‑Service offering consists of various components—sophisticated data representation, data collection, a powerful planning engine, and data integration—developed by our specialized product teams.

Digital Business Partner Vision

To achieve our "Digital Business Partner" vision, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales organisation in the US and accelerate our regional growth.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will lead and develop a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, elevate sales performance, and strengthen Jedox’s market presence in the US. This is a Player‑Coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on deal execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the team: manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, skill development, and coaching.

• Drive revenue and execution: act as an individual contributor on key channel‑led deals, guiding strategy and execution from opportunity creation to close.

• Manage partner sales: build and strengthen relationships with partners, oversee joint business plans, and coordinate proposals, RFPs, and end‑user engagements.

• Forecast and analyze: conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure healthy coverage, data accuracy, and performance visibility.

• Implement best practices: champion Jedox’s "Way of Selling" initiative to improve win rates and operational consistency.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with Marketing, Solution Advisory, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment and enable partner success.

• Recruit and develop talent: hire, onboard, and grow top sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.

Your Profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.).

• 2‑3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.

• Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps.

• Strong understanding of forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel, with a focus on destinations throughout the American region.
