Position: EWS Pricing Coordinator (F/M/D)

Your Main Tasks:

Coordinate pricing activities across multiple Business Units within the Electrical Wholesale (EWS) channel.

Act as the central point of contact for pricing-related topics and escalations.

Manage and oversee Special Price Agreements (SPAs) throughout their lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with pricing policies, processes, and governance requirements.

Analyze pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within pricing and commercial processes.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, and Pricing teams.

Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and best practices.

Prepare reports and recommendations for key business stakeholders.

Your

Ideal Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Product Management, or a similar commercial function.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.

Strong project and process management capabilities.

Understanding of pricing concepts, commercial processes, and profitability drivers.

Ability to work independently and influence decisions in a matrix organization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Experience with in industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or distribution environments is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a highly international and multicultural environment, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different regions, cultures, and functions.
