US Healthcare Commercialisation & Market Access Associate

ARC Atlantic is a healthcare market access, commercialisation and capital platform working across the UK, US and Europe.

We work with healthcare and life sciences companies, investors and strategic organisations on international market entry, regulatory and reimbursement pathways, commercial partnerships, licensing and portfolio value creation.

We are building a US-based network of experienced healthcare professionals to support client engagements and strategic projects across the US market.

We are looking for someone with 5–10+ years of experience across pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, healthcare investment, market access, business development, licensing, corporate development or healthcare strategy.

The role will support projects involving:

• US market-entry and commercialisation strategy
• Commercial and investment diligence
• Market access and reimbursement
• Identifying US buyers, partners and licensees
• Strategic partnerships and licensing
• Cross-border UK/US expansion
• Client, board and investor recommendations

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong US healthcare market knowledge, commercial judgement and relevant industry relationships, and who can identify not only where an opportunity exists, but who matters, how to reach them and what route to market is most compelling.

Experience helping UK or European healthcare companies enter the US would be highly valuable.
