Your role and responsibilities

Our team is seeking candidates with strong critical thinking, and a passion for solving business problems with AI. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy structuring problems, coordinating teams, and telling compelling stories with data.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced consulting team. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of AI-driven solutions to solve enterprise-scale challenges. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you’ll help connect technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

As a business Consultant, you will contribute to problem framing & solving, project planning, requirements gathering, supporting client interactions, and presentation of insights. You’ll gain exposure to cutting edge AI technologies, while translating business problems to AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirement gathering to understand, document and frame business problems, business cases, and pain points
• Leveraging AI tooling to improve internal & external processes, working models, and deliverables.
• Helping communicate insights, recommendations, and outputs to clients & team members.
• Supporting project planning, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Preparing presentations, reports, and client-ready materials
• Assisting in identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve business processes
• Tracking project performance and supporting successful delivery against objectives

This opportunity is for a hybrid position, based out of Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal and supports Associate Consultant hiring cohorts commencing in May 2027 and September 2027. We are recruiting for both start dates and encourage eligible candidates to apply.
