Product Management Senior Director

For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape product strategy for AI agent systems that help enterprise customers automate work and move from early demos to production adoption. The position will partner closely with engineering, stakeholders, and customers to define the experience, success metrics, and investment priorities that drive long-term value. It is a senior leadership opportunity with meaningful influence over roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and market positioning.

Location:

Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $218,400 – $365,200 annually

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify automation opportunities
• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for AI agent systems
• Define user experience for AI interactions and error recovery
• Establish metrics for product success and value delivery
• Work with stakeholders to market and position the product effectively
• Guide product adoption from initial demo to full production
• Advocate for trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term capabilities

• 5-7 years of product management experience in enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered product deployment
• Technical proficiency with engineering concepts and APIs
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Demonstrated senior judgment in product strategy and investment tradeoffs
