Description Kforce's client, a leading financial services organization in Boston, MA, is seeking a Presentations Analyst to support a growing client-facing marketing and sales enablement function. This role will be responsible for managing presentation content, coordinating stakeholder requests, and ensuring high-quality presentation materials are delivered accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and prioritize presentation requests from Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other business stakeholders
* Create, update, customize, and maintain client-facing presentations and marketing materials
* Review content for accuracy, formatting, branding consistency, version control, and overall quality.
* Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and distribution of presentation materials
* Maintain content libraries, templates, and presentation assets within a presentation management platform
* Support process improvements, workflow enhancements, and future automation initiatives Requirements
* Experience in presentation production, content operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization abilities
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Financial services industry experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with presentation/content management platform
* Experience supporting content governance, presentation libraries, or sales enablement initiatives
* Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, or content management projects
* Comfortable working within a growing team and helping establish new processes and best practices
