We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Awards & Rankings Specialist to support a growing Business Development and Marketing team within a professional services environment.

This role will manage the firm's awards, directory, and rankings submission process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating submissions, tracking deadlines, gathering materials from stakeholders, and ensuring completed submissions are delivered accurately and on time. While this is not a writing-focused role, candidates should be comfortable collaborating with marketing and business development teams throughout the submission process.

• Manage awards, rankings, and directory submission calendars
• Coordinate information gathering across attorneys, marketing teams, and business stakeholders
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all submission requirements
• Compile submission materials and submit final entries to external organizations
• Maintain submission records and reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the submission process

• 3+ years of experience in legal marketing, business development, professional services marketing, or awards/rankings management
• Experience supporting awards, directory, proposal, or submission processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
