Medical Affairs Operations Associate

Disc Medicine seeks a Medical Affairs Operations Associate to support strategic and operational execution of medical affairs activities in a hybrid role based in Watertown, MA. The position involves coordinating meetings and events, managing compliance documentation, overseeing financial tracking, and maintaining medical affairs systems across the organization.

• Plan and coordinate Medical Affairs meetings, Advisory Boards, and conferences with logistics and content preparation
• Manage Needs Assessment Forms, contracts, and purchase orders through approval workflows
• Coordinate Medical Legal Review activities and track material submissions through the review process
• Monitor spending against budget and support annual budget planning
• Administer Medical Affairs systems including CRM, LMS, and funding platform

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech industry operations
• Familiarity with Medical Affairs functions and processes
• Experience with contract management and vendor coordination
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration
