Position: Center Float Teacher (Infant, Toddler & Preschool)

Overview

Join Our Team as a Center Float Teacher and Make a Difference!

Do you love working with all age groups and bringing joy to young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Center Float Teacher to join our warm and supportive team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Gain valuable hands-on experience floating between infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
  • Assist the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed
  • Work an 8-hour schedule between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Help create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
What You’ll Need
  • EEC certification in Infant/Toddler and Preschool (required)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with children in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
