Residential Supervisor – The Home for Little Wanderers (Dorchester, MA)

Part‑time, 30 hours per week, Thursday‑Saturday 1 PM‑11 PM.

In this role, you will lead direct care staff and help youth who have experienced trauma or have significant emotional and behavioral challenges to achieve a stable and hopeful future.

• Work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Hire, train, supervise, performance‑manage, and evaluate direct care staff.
• Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts.
• Host team meetings and provide training and weekly supervision.

• Prior experience working with youth.
• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Candidates with less directly related experience may be placed toward the lower end of the range, while those with extensive or specialized experience may be placed toward the higher end.
