• Assisting with construction tasks at new retail locations, including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work
• Supporting and working with carpenters, electricians, and other trades on‑site as needed
• Unloading, organizing, and moving construction materials and equipment
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Installing fixtures, furniture, and displays in accordance with design specifications
• Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized throughout each phase of the project
• Following instructions from the Site Supervisor and communicating effectively with the team
• Ensuring work meets safety standards and complies with site‑specific requirements
• Traveling to job sites as needed; some out‑of‑state work may be required
• Other duties as assigned

• 1–3 years of general construction or related experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power equipment
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and ability to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety protocols
• Experience in retail or commercial construction is a plus

• Travel required both within and outside of the New England area
• May be required to lift or move up to 80 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Non‑typical office hours may be requested in order to meet deadlines, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
