Multifamily Construction Superintendent - up to $170K

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Responsible for quality control and inspection approval from the municipal court and/or governing authorities.

• Perform daily inspections of the entire community and help prepare the two-week schedule for subcontractors/suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports for the designated Project Manager.
• Promote safety, monitor subcontractor work in compliance with the Company’s safety program.
• Run and conduct safety meetings weekly.
• Correct any sub‑standard work.
• Manage the workload of the field associates at the community.
• Mentor and train construction associates in policies, procedures, systems, and technical construction methods used by the Company.
• Participate in the hiring process of employees.
• Maintain the construction documents (lot files, trade associate files, and plan rack).

• 4+ years of experience—will consider Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents.
• Experience with commercial buildings or residential buildings.
• Knowledge of construction building codes and methods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of PC and construction/business software.
