A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Boston, MA.This role oversees BAS construction, system upgrades, and retrofit work across mission-critical and commercial environments.

• Lead BAS retrofit, new construction, and integration projects within mission-critical facilities.
• Manage project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and field execution activities.
• Ensure safe construction practices and full compliance with building codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Oversee BMS controls installation, HVAC system enhancements, and facility infrastructure improvements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate installation efforts with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot field challenges, assist with onsite technical resolution, and maintain project momentum.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting quality expectations and client objectives.

• Proven experience managing Building Automation System construction or controls integration projects.
• Strong technical background in BAS/BMS systems, HVAC controls, and mechanical/electrical coordination.
• Ability to lead subcontractor crews and multi-trade project teams in the field.
• Skilled at reading technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center environments is preferred.

• Base salary of $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential
