Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, all projects in the Greater Boston area

Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in high-end commercial interior renovations. They are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensure job site safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

What You Get to Do:

• Lead the day-to-day on-site operations for interior projects
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Oversee project logistics, inspections, and compliance with regulations
• Mentor and support junior team members

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and high-end finishes
• OSHA certification and Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License preferred
