This position is aBoston Office basedrole which may require travel to help assist in supporting several Academic, Life Science and Higher Education projects in Central MA. Active projects are in Worcester and Amherst.

- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements for municipal and state projects
- Track and analyze RFIs and Change Order Requests in monthly progress updates
- Conduct impact analysis due to project changes and support construction claims development
- Prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)
- Present findings and scheduling reports to internal and external stakeholders
- 8+ years of scheduling experience in the construction industry, specifically with a General Contractor
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of construction claims and entitlement processes
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the New England Region
