Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually + full benefits

A leading marine and heavy civil contractor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale waterfront infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coastal or marine construction who thrives on managing logistics, people, and project delivery from kickoff to closeout.

You’ll work directly with Superintendents, Engineers, Owners, and Regulatory Agencies to ensure projects stay on track — technically, financially, and safely.

If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected team shaping the future of coastal infrastructure and offshore wind support systems, this could be the next step in your career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead all phases of marine construction projects: planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout

  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure daily work aligns with project scope and timeline

  • Review design documents, permits, and technical specifications for constructability and compliance

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and third-party consultants

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and change orders

  • Lead regular progress meetings and maintain accurate project documentation (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

  • Ensure safety and environmental regulations are enforced and integrated into planning

  • Communicate proactively with clients, permitting agencies, and internal stakeholders

  • Support equipment planning, mobilization, and logistics for marine operations

  • Identify project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies

What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in marine or heavy civil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience managing projects involving pile driving, cofferdams, dredging, concrete, and marine lifts

  • Familiarity with environmental permitting for coastal/marine projects

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget

  • Willingness to travel for site visits or field coordination as needed

Bonus Points For:
  • USACE or DOT project experience

  • OSHA 30 and/or PMP Certification

  • BIM coordination exposure

What’s in It for You:
  • Competitive salary with profit-sharing potential

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave

  • Company vehicle and fuel card

  • Paid certifications and professional development

  • Relocation assistance available
