We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to help us build accurate, competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects. You’ll review plans, work with subcontractors, analyze costs, and make sure our proposals are complete and reliable. If you enjoy digging into the details and working with a team to bring projects to life, this role is for you.

• Review project plans and documents to understand full scope and requirements
• Work with subcontractors to gather and level pricing
• Break down labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare clear, accurate estimates and budgets
• Support bid proposals and tender documents
• Visit job sites to gather information
• Keep cost data organized and up to date
• Stay current on construction methods and material pricing

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and estimating methods
• Proficiency in tools like Auto Desk, Building Connected, Bluebeam, OST, Smartsheet, Excel, and MS Office
• Great attention to detail and solid analytical skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Strong organization and time-management habits
