Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
We are hiring an action-driven, software savvy (PROCORE), field-based Solar Project Construction Manager to hit the ground running and serve as our on-the-ground construction anchor focused in Massachusetts. This role is very much independent and requires an experienced PM to handle both daily interaction at job sites and ensure roadblocks are recognized and resolved proactively. It is a critical position for our execution capacity.
You will work directly with our field subcontractors, report to our internal construction team, and coordinate regularly with scheduling.
Expect to be in the field 4 to 5 days per week. The exact cadence will shift based on how many projects are active and what phase they are in — some weeks are busier than others — but this is fundamentally a field role, not an office one.
This is a field-first position. The right person makes decisions on site, communicates proactively within the company, keeps crews moving, and owns job-level accountability. The right person for this role will grow to take full ownership of a selection of active construction projects. If you are looking for a desk job, this is not it. We are a small company where everyone wears many hats - it is often a fast paced environment, with plenty of space for professional growth.
Show initiative, take ownership, and help develop the career path you’ve been striving for.
