Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
A growing Boston-based team is looking to add a Project Manager to help lead construction and real estate projects on behalf of its clients. This is an owner-side position offering the opportunity to manage a variety of assignments throughout Greater Boston and New England.
The portfolio includes work within healthcare, life sciences, higher education, corporate, hospitality, and institutional environments, with projects ranging from interior improvements and renovation programs to large-scale new construction.
Rather than focusing solely on the construction phase, this position provides involvement from the earliest stages of a project through final delivery. The Project Manager will help establish project goals, coordinate design and preconstruction efforts, oversee budgets and schedules, manage construction activities, and support the transition into completed and occupied spaces.
The role is tied to the Boston office, with an initial assignment supporting a significant multi-year project in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The individual selected will spend three days each week at the Merrimack project site while working closely with the client and broader project team.
