- Lead and manage daily field operations, including subcontractors, trade partners, site logistics, scheduling, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate construction activities and sequencing to maintain project schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure work progresses efficiently.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, subcontractor coordination, and electronic project records.
- Oversee quality control, identify deficiencies, coordinate inspections, and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Facilitate subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project updates, RFIs, ASIs, submittals, schedule requirements, and upcoming activities to the project team.
- Enforce site safety standards and OSHA requirements while supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment through project completion.
- Current Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL), OSHA 30-Hour certification, and 10+ years of field construction experience.
- Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation/tenant improvement projects
, preferably in the $10M–$20M+ range. - Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, or other complex building projects.
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software, including Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project
, or comparable platforms. - Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
