Job Description & How to Apply Below

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO. More recently, you'll find our brand new office in the heart of Capetown, SA.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

Sitting under the umbrella of Brand and Product Marketing, the Brand and Content team brings together our Senior Content Manager, Content Manager, and Content Assistant (that's you). We manage a cross‑channel content calendar at MOO spanning blog articles, video interviews and more. In addition, the team leads on wider brand and PR activity, getting the MOO brand under the noses of all the right people.

Working closely with e‑commerce, product, CRM, sales, creative, paid social and sustainability teams – our role is to ensure storytelling and brand presence are consistent, engaging, and aligned with MOO business goals.

As MOO’s content offering continues to amplify, we’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Content Assistant to help us achieve big things in 2026 and beyond.

In this role, you’ll support our Senior Content Manager and Content Manager in creating and delivering impactful organic content for The Drop (MOO’s blog). You’ll be involved at every stage — from brainstorming ideas and compiling briefs to managing our Word Press upload schedule. You’ll also take full ownership of translating and adapting relevant content for our international markets, ensuring it resonates across global locales.

Additionally, you’ll track and report on blog performance each month, helping the team understand what’s working and where we can improve.

It’s an exciting time to join the team - you’ll collaborate across new product launches, PR, customer partnerships, videos, and case studies. If you’re looking for the chance to make your mark in a creative, fast‑paced environment, this is it.

Person We Want
  • We’re looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about great content.
  • You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects while keeping a clear eye on deadlines and quality.
  • A keen eye for detail is key, whether it's writing a content brief, adapting content for international audiences or compiling a monthly report.
  • You should have a natural flair for multitasking and getting things done, and above all take great pride in your work.
Responsibilities
  • Support in the production of blog posts, managing the back‑end of the site and building articles for all markets.
  • Assist in planning and briefing compelling content across multiple formats, including how‑to’s, interviews, case studies, videos, infographics, product storytelling, and life at MOO features.
  • Taking ownership of monthly blog reporting, providing insights that help inform business KPIs and guide future content initiatives.
  • Support PR activations by proofing press releases, assisting with award entries, and helping ensure all external communications reflect MOO’s voice and quality standards.
About You
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Can appreciate a well‑written piece of content and provide feedback to improve this.
  • Familiarity with Word Press / CMS systems and content publication.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, contributing to ideas and supporting the team.
  • Analytical, with an understanding of content marketing metrics and reporting.
