Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful designs and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment.

• Design and create packaging and product artwork in alignment with manufacturing requirements.
• Develop graphic designs for user manuals, instructions for use, and other product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide guidance on graphic technology and oversee the artwork approval process.
• Verify vendor proofs and communicate necessary changes to ensure accuracy in printed materials.

• Proven experience with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and XML-based authoring software.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage project scopes and shifting priorities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Experience in creating graphics for instructional text, including product illustrations and software screen layouts.
• A background in the medical or general surgery industry is a plus.
• Ability to provide creative solutions and innovative design concepts.

The pay range for this role is $21 - $50 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
