We are looking for a seasoned, highly organized Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of video content across Nick Di Giovanni’s social media channels. This role oversees projects from concept through delivery, working closely with talent and the production team to ensure high-quality, on‑brand content is produced efficiently and consistently.

You should have a strong track record producing digital video content — ideally for You Tube, social platforms, or television — with the ability to manage creative, logistics, and people all at once.

Who You’ll Work With

As the Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with Nick Di Giovanni, his videographers, editors, producers, and the broader digital team. You’ll be at the center of the content creation process, assisting in bringing ideas to life and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 3-4+ years of experience producing content professionally for television or social media
  • Currently based in or will relocate to Boston, MA with a car and valid driver’s license
  • Oversee full-cycle production for short‑form and long‑form videos — from early concepting to pre‑production, on‑set execution, and post‑production handoff
  • Lead day‑to‑day shoot operations : schedules, call sheets, props, ingredients, equipment, releases, contractors, and all production logistics
  • Work closely with talent, videographers, editors, and the broader creative team to ensure ideas are executed at a high level
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall production workflow to keep the content pipeline running smoothly
  • Maintain high production standards and ensure every shoot is properly staffed, equipped, and supported
  • Identify and solve problems in real time on set and during prep; anticipate needs before they arise
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with talent, team members, and external partners
