WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThe Converse Brand Experience team exists to bring to life the heart and soul of our brand in Converse Environments around the world. From concept to execution, we are responsible for the look, feel, and perception that prompts an emotional connection with creators and consumers when they interact with our brand across all touchpoints. As part of the Global Brand Team, we provide creative and concept direction to elevate and drive purposeful distinction for our brand across our Converse owned environments, retail, and pop‑up activations.
You will work closely with the Directors of Global Brand Experience, Brand Creative, and Global Brand Marketing to elevate our Experiences across our Brand events, activations and environments. You will collaborate with our Regional Creative and Global Direct teams on key brand‑defining moments, pop‑up brand experiences, internal brand build‑outs, and retail concepts. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet deadlines, ensure the feasibility of designs, and articulate the thinking behind your work to partners.

We are seeking a Lead Designer for Global Brand Experience who has a proven background in bringing brands to life with exceptional storyteller through environments, materials, and graphics. With proven design excellence, curiosity, problem‑solving tenacity, and a passion for making the people and teams around them better. Strong talent in environmental and experience design with a eagerness for bringing the powerful stories of this iconic brand to life in all dimensions.
This role requires a dedicated leader and teammate who knows how to collaborate and translate the Converse Brand and the voice of Creators into immersive brand and retail experiences. You have a passion for creativity and are committed to staying up to date with current and future trends, technology, architecture, materials, and culture. You help drive creative solutions to large scale Brand Environments and Experiences.
This role collaborates with and leads agencies and other external creatives.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, technically sophisticated design experience in architectural, experiential or brand creative and a demonstrated ability to apply these skills in ways that elevate brand excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial, environmental design, graphic design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
