Role

Valet Attendant – Full‑Time at Propark Mobility, One Beacon Garage, Boston, MA.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus cash tip.
Signing/Retention Bonus: up to $1,000 (two payments).
Refer‑a‑friend bonus: up to $1,000 per qualified referral.

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self‑park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain a uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be a pleasure to serve.
• Stand, walk, and sometimes help with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Great communicator in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.

• Valet parking experience: 1 year+.
• Customer service experience: 1 year+.
• Prior overnight experience: 1 year+.
