Client Service Representative

We are currently seeking candidates for a Client Service Representative opportunity with a well-established financial services organization located in Boston, MA. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for supporting company clients by handling inbound inquiries, processing account-related transactions, and resolving routine service requests in a fast‑paced service center environment. This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates interested in building a long‑term career within financial services.

This is a 3–6‑month contract‑to‑hire position paying $20-$21/hour. This role is fully onsite five days a week in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound phone calls from existing and prospective clients regarding products, services, and account information.
  • Process routine and complex financial and non‑financial transactions in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Address basic account questions and initiate research or escalation for more complex issues.
  • Communicate with clients and partners via phone and email to verify information, clarify requests, and provide documentation as needed.
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain proper call records.
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Provide additional support and take on ad hoc responsibilities as requested by management.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Customer service experience preferred; open to recent graduates.
  • Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in financial services is a plus but not required.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and coachability are critical for success.
