We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in upholding our company's reputation for outstanding customer care.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and guide them through our services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
