Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring part‑time Club Hosts to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Club Host, you will be responsible for providing positive, polished, and prompt guest service to Boston Garden Society guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events. • Build professional rapport with clients who visit TD Garden often for events, and welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristband
• Be a subject matter expert on all things Boston Garden Society, including guest amenities, food and beverage offerings, activations, and more
• Professionally handle complaints, escalating to management as necessary, and administer service recovery by providing guests with resolutions to issues
• Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests with various requests and relay such requests accordingly
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of events

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month
• Must be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients
• Must be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner
• Experience working in customer service in a fast‑paced environment is preferred

• Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers
• Must be able to push wheelchairs and other assistive devices
• Must be able to use a radio with an earpiece
