As a Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience. You will engage with customers via phone, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service issues.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on product usage and troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow up with customers after service interactions to ensure their issues are resolved.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
