Position: Supervisor - Parking Attendant (Non-Driving)

Supervisor – Parking Attendant (Non‑Driving)

Company: Pilgrim Parking, Inc.

Location: Boston, MA

Job Type: Full‑time

Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead parking staff in a customer‑service environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; assist with incident reports.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
  • Communicate policy changes, new programs, and operational changes to staff.
  • Maintain and catalog equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs, identifying discrepancies.
  • Manage field bank transactions, uniform issuances, and parking violators.
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions, reporting safety or maintenance issues.
  • Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Deliver the company’s standards of service to each customer, including uniform appearance, greetings, issue resolution, and customer thank‑you.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
  • Parking experience preferred.
  • Valid DMV driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience (required for related role).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with employees and customers.
  • Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Bonuses

$1,000 signing/retention bonus. Referral bonus: $1,000 per new employee hired.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
