• Greet guests and manage seating for reservations and walk-ins
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries professionally
• Handle takeout orders efficiently and accurately
• Operate the register and process payments
• Work closely with our front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

• Excellent with people – warm, welcoming, and able to create a great first impression
• Experienced in a similar front desk, host, or customer-facing restaurant role
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized during busy shifts
• A strong communicator with a team-first attitude
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
