Service Advisor

Summary

The Service Advisor serves as an ambassador of client service for the Boston boutique, advising clients and explaining technical service options. The role provides after-sales solutions that meet client expectations while supporting service and product sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide follow-up that meets service time frames and client expectations.
• Understand client needs, explain technical service options, and apply service policies.
• Perform basic product services, including strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, and cord changes.
• Recommend service and product sales, partnering with boutique colleagues as appropriate.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with boutique opening, closing, inventory, organization, and restocking.
• Support merchandising standards and daily maintenance of product cases.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• College degree preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
